The Preliminary Results of the Palestinian Registered External Trade In Goods for May, 05/2026

An increase in Trade Balance Deficit for Registered* Goods by 15% 
in May, 05/2026 compared to May, 2025.


Exports in Goods 
Exports increased in May, 2026 by 25% compared to May, 2025 and reached USD 193.3 Million.

Exports to Israel increased in May, 2026 by 33% compared to May, 2025 and it represented 96% of total exports in May, 2026.

On the other hand, exports to other countries decreased by 45% during the same period compared to May, 2025.

Imports in Goods 
Imports increased in May, 2026 by 18% compared to May, 2025 and reached USD 719.7 Million.

Imports from Israel increased by 42% in May, 2026 compared to May, 2025 and it represented 65% of total imports in May, 2026.

On the other hand, imports from other countries decreased by 10% compared to May, 2025.


Trade Balance on Registered Goods 
The trade balance, which represents the difference between exports and imports, showed an increase in trade deficit by 15% in May, 2026 compared to May, 2025 and reached USD 526.4 Million.
