Increase in the Industrial Production Index (IPI) in Palestine during April, 04/2026

The overall IPI in Palestine reached 76.68 during April 2026 with an increase of 5.55% compared to March 2026 (Base Year 2019 = 100).

IPI for April 2026 increased due to the increase in the activities of Water Supply, Sewerage, Waste Management and Remediation by 20.69%, which had a share of 1.84% of the total industry, the activities of Manufacturing Industry by 7.00%, which had a share of 87.89% of the total industry. While, the activities of Electricity, Gas, Steam and Air Conditioning Supply decreased by 4.95%, which had a share of 7.38% of the total industry, and the activities of Mining and Quarrying decreased by 3.84%, which had a share of 2.89% of the total industry.

Notice for Users:
Due to the Israeli aggression on Gaza strip in October 2023, no working institution in the industrial production was engaged in any production activity in Gaza strip for April 2025.
