Place of study attaining the highest educational attainment:
For persons who completed the elementary stage and above, the place of attaining the highest educational attainment (level) would be one of the following:
1. Palestine: It applies if the place in which the person completed the elementary stage and above is in the Palestinian Territory.
2. Arab Countries: It applies if the place is one of the Arab countries.
3. Non - Arab Asian and African Countries: It applies if the place is a non- Arab country in Asia or Africa (other than the previously called USSR).
4. Eastern Europe: It applies if the place is in Eastern Europe or the previously called USSR.
5. Western Europe: It applies if the place is in Western Europe.
6. Northern America: It applies if the place is the USA or Canada.
7. Latin America: It applies if the place is in Latin or Central America.
8. Other: It applies if the place is Australia or any country not classified in any of the above mentioned.
