Press Releases

The overall Producer Price Index (PPI) for  Palestine in April 2017, increased by 2.70% compared to March 2017.

Construction Cost Index (CCI), Road Cost Index (RCI), Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI) and Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI) in the West Bank During April, 04/2017
Exports increased in March, 2017 by 9.5% compared to February, 2017, Imports increased in March, 2017 by 3.4% compared to February, 2017.
The number of fix telephone lines in Palestine reached 432 thousands in 2016  while  the number of mobile phone subscribers  reached 3.6million; percentage of geographical coverage by mobile phone network is about 98%.
The overall CPI for Palestine during April 2017 decreased by 0.50% compared with March 2017
The estimated Palestinian world population totaled 12.70 million by the end of 2016.
The labour force participation rate in the West Bank was 45.8% and 45.7% in Gaza Strip
The overall IPI in Palestine reached 111.58 during March 2017 with an increase of 8.08% compared to the previous month
