the courts types: the legitimacy and religious, the Supreme Constitutional Court, the regular courts and consists of: the Court of Cassation, the Supreme Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, and the Court of First Instance, and the Magistrate's Court, while civil courts follows the judiciary, which is supposed to have autonomy within the state authorities of the three. In Palestine there are military courts jurisdiction to prosecute individuals affiliated with the security services.
