Decrease in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Residential Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for residential buildings in the West Bank* reached 121.48 with a decrease of 0.20% during April 2025 compared with March 2025 (base year 2013=100).
At the level of major groups, the prices of raw material decreased by 0.35%. While, the prices of rental of equipment increased by 0.17%. At the same time, the prices of the labour costs and wages remained stable during April 2025 compared with the previous month.
Decrease in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Non-residential Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for non-residential buildings in the West Bank* reached 120.36 with a decrease of 0.19% during April 2025 compared with March 2025 (base year 2013=100).
At the level of major groups, the prices of raw material decreased by 0.32%. While, the prices of rental of equipment increased by 0.18%. At the same time, the prices of the labour costs and wages remained stable during April 2025 compared with the previous month.
Decrease in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Skeleton Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for skeleton buildings in the West Bank* reached 119.56 with a decrease of 0.54% during April 2025 compared with March 2025 (Base year 2013=100).
At the level of major groups, the prices of raw material decreased by 0.87%. While, the prices of rental of equipment increased by 0.17%. At the same time, the prices of the labour costs and wages remained stable during April 2025 compared with the previous month.
Decrease in the Road Cost Index (RCI)
The overall Road Cost Index (RCI) in the West Bank* reached 115.74 with a decrease of 0.14% during April 2025 compared with March 2025 (Base month December 2008=100).
At the level of major groups, the prices of operating costs of equipment and maintenance decreased by 0.50%, the prices of rental of equipment decreased by 0.30%, and the prices of raw material decreased by 0.15%. While, the prices of the labour costs and wages remained stable during April 2025 compared with the previous month.
Decrease in the Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI)
The overall Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI) in the West Bank* reached 133.48 with a decrease of 0.15% during April 2025 compared with March 2025 (Base month January 2010=100).
The Water Reservoirs Cost Index reached 118.61 with a decrease of 0.96%. While, the Water Networks Cost Index reached 140.24 with an increase of 0.17% during April 2025 compared with March 2025.
Slight increase in the Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI)
The overall Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI) in the West Bank* reached 118.62 with a slight increase of 0.07% during April 2025 compared with March 2025 (Base month January 2010=100).
