(1)   Data exclude those parts of Jerusalem which were annexed by Israeli Occupation in 1967. Where this part inhabited by 307,744 Palestinian citizens and no information is available about the water supplied to them.

(2) This quantity is supplied for non-agricultural uses and includes water supplied for commercial and industrial uses; hence, the actual supply and consumption rates per capita are less than the indicated numbers.   

(3) Includes recreational, touristic and economical activities in Jericho and Al-Aghwar governorate.

(4)  It is not possible to separate data for the governorates of Ramallah, Al-Bireh, and Jerusalem, as well as the governorates of Hebron and Bethlehem, due to the nature of their shared water supply system.
