High-Value Agricultural Land:  Land that the soil tendencies level of less than 5%, and used as agricultural land. 
Medium-Value Agricultural Land: Semi-flat land or hills which is suitable for all the  crops cultivation , in particular tree horticulture.
Low- Value Agricultural Land: Land that is unsuitable for agriculture due to soil determinants, rock cover and topographic and climatic determinants.
