Description

Definition
Types of Disability:

The disabled is defined as the person suffering from a clear and evident weakness in performing certain activities due to continuous difficulties emanating from a physical, mental or health state that lasted for more than six months. Disabilities resulting from a bone break or a disease lasting for less than six months are not considered disabilities that are classified as follows:
1. Seeing (visual): It includes blind and one-eyed persons and any persons suffering from clear sight weaknesses even after using special devices, provided they do not suffer from any other disabilities.
2. Hearing (auditory): It includes deaf persons and any persons suffering from clear auditory problems even after using special auditory devices, provided they do not suffer from any other disabilities.
3. Speaking: It refers to any person suffering from clear problems in speech. However, persons unable to correctly vocalize some sounds are not considered disabled, provided they do not suffer from any other disabilities.
4. Hearing and speaking: It refers to the person suffering from hearing and speaking disabilities and does not suffer from any other disabilities.
5. Moving: It refers to the person suffering from evident problems in walking, climbing stairs, bending, bowing, kneeling, provided he \ she does not suffer from any other disabilities.
6. Grasping: It refers to persons physically unable to use their fingers in their daily life, provided they do not suffer from any other disabilities.
7. Mental: It refers to mentally disabled persons who do not suffer from any other disabilities.
8. Mental and moving: It refers to the disabled suffering from mental and moving disabilities only, provided he \ she does not suffer from any other disabilities.
9. Multiple: It refers to the disabled suffering from many disabilities other than items 4 & 8. It applies also to persons suffering from complete disabilities.
10. Other: It refers to the disabled not suffering from any of the aforementioned types.
