As Chapter three contains the main results of the survey. While Chapter four deals with the methodology for the survey in its various aspects, including : questinnaire, the list of goods, the recording book, the size of the sample, response rates, and the mechanism of field work and data processing. While chapter five deals with the quality of the data.
