The report consists of five main chapters in addition to the executive summary and data tables. Chapter one contains Introduction And program objectives of the survey and the structure of the report, Chapter two contains the concepts and definitions used in the report. As Chapter three contains the main results of the survey. While Chapter four deals with the methodology for the survey in its various aspects, including : questinnaire, the list of goods, the recording book, the size of the sample, response rates, and the mechanism of field work and data processing. While chapter five deals with the quality of the data.
