Description This report consists of five chapters: the first chapter presents the survey objectives and the report structure, the second chapter describes the definitions and explanations, the third chapter briefly describes the main findings, while the fourth chapter presents the methodology used in the survey, consisting the questionnaire design, sampling design, fieldwork operations and data processing, and the last chapter includes an assessment of data quality and technical notes.
