Preliminary estimates at constant prices showed an increase of 3.9 percent in GDP in Palestine during the 2nd quarter 2014 compared to the 2nd quarter 2013

The overall Producer Price Index (PPI) for  Palestine with its base year (2011=100) reached 104.42 in August 2014, as it decreased by 0.04% compared to July 2014.
International Investment Position & External Debt – Second Quarter 2014: Stocks of Palestinian assets invested abroad are about USD 5,875 million, of which about 68% currency and deposits, stocks of foreign liabilities on the Palestinian economy are  about USD 4,895 million
International Investment Position & External Debt – 2013: Stocks of Palestinian assets invested abroad are about USD 5,828 million, of which about 67% currency and deposits, stocks of foreign liabilities on the Palestinian economy are  about USD 4,948 million
During the first half of 2014, around 3.16 million visits were made to tourist and leisure sites in the West Bank.
Construction Cost Index (CCI), Road Cost Index (RCI), Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI) and Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI) in the West Bank during August, 08/2014
Exports decreased in July, 2014 by 27.5% compared to June, 2014, Imports decreased in July 2014 by 16.7% compared to June, 2014.
The incessant deficit of the Current Account amounted to USD 614.6 million with an increase of 35.2% compared to the previous quarter. 
There were 148 settlements in the West Bank at the end of 2013. 26 settlements of them were in Jerusalem governorate
The overall Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Palestine during August 2014 increased by 0.54% compared with July 2014
During the second quarter of 2014, 207,083 guests stayed in hotels in the West Bank for 493,104 nights.
Illiteracy rates reduced in Palestine from 13.9% in 1997 to 3.7% in 2013
The overall Quantity of Industrial Production Index (IPI) in Palestine reached 98.99 during July 2014 with a decrease of 12.24% compared to the previous month (June 2014).
