The total number of building licenses issued in the first quarter of 2013 increased by 8.7% compared to the fourth quarter of 2012

The overall Producer Price Index (PPI) for  Palestine in April 2013 it decreased by 0.83% compared to March 2013.

During the first quarter of 2013, 120 thousand guests stayed in hotels in the West Bank: 43% were from European Union countries and 10% were Palestinian.

The number of persons participating in the labour force in Palestine was about 1.134 million in the 1st  quarter 2013: about 750 thousand in the West Bank and about 384 thousand in Gaza Strip.
The overall Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Palestine during April 2013 decreased by 0.09% compared with March 2013
The Palestinian population was 1.37 million in 1948, but by the end of 2012 the estimated world population of Palestinians totaled 11.6 million
Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Palestine witnessed remarkable growth of 5.9% during 2012. The GDP per capita increased by 2.7%.
The overall Quantity of Industrial Production Index (IPI) in Palestine during March 2013 increase of 2.13% compared to the previous month ( January 2013).
