The overall Producer Price Index (PPI) for the Palestinian Territory in May 2012 increased by 0.76% compared to April
2012.

According to UNRWA records, the Palestinian registered refugees are totaled to 5.1 million at 1/1/2012, of whom 40.0% in Jordan, 23.8% in Gaza Strip, 17.1% in the West Bank, 10.0% in Syria and 9.1% in Lebanon

Preliminary estimates at constant prices showed an increase of 5.6 percent in GDP in the Palestinian Territory during the 1st quarter 2012 compared to the 1st quarter 2011

the total number of operating vehicles during 2011 in the
Palestinian Territory was 10,195 vehicles: 9,871 passenger transport vehicles and 324 freight transport by road vehicles.

The overall Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the Palestinian Territory in May 2012 decreased by 0.20% compared to April
2012, while increased by 2.96% compared to May 2011.

The population in Jerusalem Governorate accounted for 9.2% of the total population in the Palestinian Territory
The monthly average of per capita expenditure in the Palestinian territory was 158.2 JDs (188.1 JDs in the West Bank, and 109.8 JDs in Gaza Strip).
The overall Quantity of Industrial Production Index (IPI) in the Palestinian Territory in April 2012 increase of 10.46%
compared to the previous month (March 2012).
