The overall Producer Price Index (PPI) for Palestine with its base year (2018 = 100) reached 93.58 in June 2020, as it increased by 0.35% compared to May 2020.
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for residential buildings reached 105.81 with a slight increase of 0.04% in the West Bank* during June 2020
The overall WPI in Palestine with its base year (2007=100) reached 124.00 in the Second quarter 2020
Decrease in the prices of basic food commodities within Food Groups push the overall CPI for Palestine to decrease by 0.47% during June 2020 compared with May 2020
there are about 13.5 million Palestinians in the world, of whom about 5.1 million in the State of Palestine
The closure of schools affected more than 421 million students globally, while the limited-scale closure of schools put 577 million students at risk.
The overall IPI in Palestine reached 103.49 during May 2020 with a sharp increase of 63.37% compared to April 2020
